One Field is an initiative by Unifield Enterprises Private Limited. Our website address is: http://www.unifield.in. This website (www.onefield.in) serves as the e-commerce front end for the organic and naturally grown produce sourced from farmers and producers that Unifield works with.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

User login and Registration

When visitors register online with www.onefield.in we collect and store their username, email, phone, contact information and GST details (when required) that we need to process their order. All passwords are stored encrypted and therefore even Unifield Enterprises Private Limited staff will not be able to access your password.

When users purchase products online or when they mark a product as something they are interested in, this information is also saved against the user’s profile.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

This website does not currently allow for website visitors to upload images or other documents.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with any third-party providers other than for the express purpose of processing your order. Your payment details are sent directly to the payment gateway (RazorPay) and it never reaches OneField.in or Unifield.in.

Your login details, your product preferences or any other preferences, your contact information, your GST details, your order details, your refund details etc are all never shared with any third party and is accessible only to authorized staff from Unifield Enterprises Private Limited.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How we protect your data

Your data is stored securely on our servers and point of sale machines. This data can only be accessed via the login credentials given to authorized staff within Unifield Enterprises Private Limited. We use the following mechanisms to protect your data:

  1. All access to the onefield.in website is via secure HTTP.
  2. We use Wordfence to secure the website and guard against attacks.
  3. We use application firewalls on the server for incoming and outgoing ports to strictly control what services are exposed.
  4. All passwords are stored encrypted
  5. All shell access to the server is only through encrypted certificates

What data breach procedures we have in place

If there is any data breach which comes to our notice, you will be informed about this over email within 7 days of such a breach.

What third parties we receive data from

We do not receive data from external parties though we do integrate with the RazorPay payment gateway. We also integrate with Google Analytics for managing our analytics.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We use your profile data and your purchase history to determine demand for specific products so as to manage our inventory to best serve your needs. We also use your profile data to determine areas where we may need to develop more delivery capacity to do route planning for home deliveries.

There are no other regulatory disclosure requirements that Unifield needs to comply with.
